This unique yoga retreat takes place in Dubrovnik region situated in the most southern part of Croatia close to the border with Bosnia and Montenegro.

The retreat is hosted by a Johannesburg based yoga teacher and wellness coach Theresa Moodie who will create an ideal and safe environment for you to relax, unwind and explore yourself.

Dubrovnik, the „pearl of the Adriatic” and a UNESCO World Heritage Site is a glorious old town with rich history and culture. This region also abunds in natural beauties - sea, mountains, vineyards, charming villages and small towns which are an ideal setting for a yoga retreat.


Our base is a small peaceful village in Konavle, famous wine making area only a 5 minute drive from the charming town of Cavtat and its beaches and 25 minutes from Dubrovnik old town.

Time in between yoga practice will be spent savouring the local specialties prepared by our private chef from the highest quality local ingredients, relaxing and exploring the surrounding areas.

Our venue are 2 beautiful villas with pool next to each other. Seven rooms total, each one with its own bathroom. Amenities include WiFi, TV, air conditioning and more.

Theresa has been practicing in the health and wellness industry for over a decade. She completed her 200hr RYS Yoga teacher trainer course in London, She is currently based in Johannesburg where she runs her own Yoga studio. She is also a Wellness coach and Personal trainer.

Theresa strongly beleives that yoga should be accessible to everyone, no matter what their current training regime looks like or what their current fitness levels are. Her classes encourage individuals to challenge themselves within their own practice and reap the benefits of incorporating yoga into their existing lifestyle habits. Principles include technique, form, flexibility and most importantly the power of connecting with the breath.

In 2016 Theresa co hosted her first Yoga and Well being Retreat on the magical island of Corsica ( and taught Yoga as part of a corporate training event in Mauritius.
