This yoga adventure is a unique opportunity to discover three spectacular regions of Italy - Calabria, Campania and Lazio - from vibrant Tropea town and its dreamy beaches, picturesque vineyards and olive groves of the Calabria region, impressive cliffs of the Amalfi coast, thermal waters of Ischia Island and finally, the timeless wonders of Rome, the eternal city that truly captures the essence of Italy's rich culture and history.

Brittany Torstrup, our skilled and passionate yoga instructor, along with our professional guide will be there to support you every step of the way, ensuring that your retreat is both enjoyable and transformative.

Brittany Torstrup is a full-time yoga teacher and yoga retreat leader from the NYC/NJ area. She has over 5 years of experience in being a lead teacher, having obtained her 200-hour YTT in Goa, India which really sparked her love for yoga and traveling.


Brittany has lead retreats in Africa, The Grand Canyon, The Finger Lakes, California, India, etc. & her passion for experiencing new cultures and countries with fellow like-minded yogis is extremely inspiring and invigorates each of her students' lives.


Brittany loves to accommodate, host, makes people feel safe and at home & cannot wait to explore Croatia and all its beauties with an exclusive group of amazing humans. No travel or yoga experience required; Britt will hold your hand through it all.

Day 1 (Aug 11th): Arrival

Arrival to Lamezia Terme airport and transfer to our hotel in Tropea.

Tropea is a charming coastal town located in the Calabria region of Southern Italy. Known for its beautiful beaches, scenic cliffs, and historic center, it offers visitors a perfect combination of relaxation and culture.

In the evening we will meet for a welcome yoga class, dinner and chat about our upcoming adventure.

Best arrival airport: Lamezia Terme

Note: We recommend booking a return flight to/from Rome and a one-way local flight Rome-Lamezia Terme with ITA Airways on Day 1 of the retreat.

Day 2: Tropea

We start our day off with a rejuvenating yoga practice on the beach or in the garden of our hotel, connecting with the elements of nature and finding inner peace and harmony.


After morning yoga, we will explore the charming town of Tropea, discover the narrow streets of the old town and soak up the lively atmosphere of the local market, where you can sample delicious local specialties.

Swimming on one (or more) Tropea's beaches with views of the Tyrrhenian Sea is a must!

Evening yoga session and dinner together.

NIGHT: Tropea

Day 3: Calabria region & wine tasting

After a morning yoga session, it's time to bid farewell to Tropea and start heading north. But before leaving Calabria, we'll make a stop to taste some delicious local wine and olive oil and learn about harvesting and production techniques.

As we continue our journey north, we'll enjoy the stunning scenery of the Italian countryside and eventually make our way to the charming town of Atena Lucana, located in the Campania province. We will settle in a typical country house close to the town.

In the evening, we'll have the opportunity to explore the town and enjoy its special atmosphere, perhaps indulging in some local cuisine and taking a leisurely stroll through the picturesque streets.

Day 4: Amalfi coast

After breakfast at our country house, we continue our drive through the countryside and depending on the traffic we might take a short ferry ride to reach the one and only Amalfi.


Amalfi town is known for its stunning coastal scenery, colorful buildings perched on the cliffs, and historical landmarks such as the 9th-century Cathedral of Sant'Andrea. It's also known for its production of limoncello, a lemon liqueur made from locally grown lemons, as well as for delicious seafood cuisine.


Night will be spent in one of the small countryside towns above the Amalfi coast in a cozy and comfortable accommodation, surrounded by the serene beauty of the Mediterranean countryside.

Day 5: Naples & Ischia Island

Our day will begin with a captivating drive that will take us through the winding roads of the Campania region, with Vesuvius volcano looming in the background. As we arrive in Naples, we'll have the opportunity to indulge in the city's world-famous pizza before we board the ferry to Ischia Island.


Ischia Island is famous for its volcanic landscapes and therapeutic hot springs, where we'll enjoy two nights of relaxation and rejuvenation.

We'll have an evening yoga class together and dive deep into the island atmosphere.

Day 6: Ischia Island

We'll have the flexibility to enjoy the day on Ischia Island at our own pace, starting with a yoga session and then just relaxing or exploring the island's landmarks such as Aragonese Castle, the Botanical Garden, and the Sant'Angelo village.


For those interested, there will be optional spa activities available, including hot springs, mud baths, and massages.

NIGHT: Ischia Island

Day 7: Rome

After a memorable stay on the enchanting Ischia Island, it's time to say goodbye and embark on a ferry ride to Naples, followed by a drive to Rome for the last evening of our journey.

Once we arrive in Rome, we'll spend the rest of the day experiencing the city's vibrant energy and exploring famous landmarks.

In the evening, we'll have our final dinner together and raise a glass to a wonderful journey through Italy!

Day 8: Departure

Transfer to Rome airport or any other location of your choice in Rome.

Calabria, Campania, and Lazio are all regions of Italy with distinct culinary traditions.


In Calabria, the cuisine is characterized by spicy flavors and the use of local ingredients such as nduja, a spreadable salami, and spicy peppers.

Campania is known for its world-famous pizza, made with San Marzano tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, as well as seafood dishes, such as spaghetti alle vongole (spaghetti with clams).

Lazio, which includes Rome, has a rich history of traditional Roman cuisine, including pasta dishes such as cacio e pepe and amatriciana, as well as iconic dishes such as saltimbocca alla romana (veal with prosciutto and sage). All three regions also produce high-quality olive oil, wine, and cheeses.

So get ready to nourish your body and soul with an unforgettable culinary journey through southern Italy!

We will be staying in charming 3-star guesthouses and hotels, perfectly located for our activities. We will be sending the Final bulletin with exact hotel names and addresses 1 month prior to departure.
