We value your privacy and handle your personal information with care. When you contact us through our website or participate in our programs, we collect and securely store your data, which may include:

Name and contact information
Email address
Program participation details
Communication preferences

How we use your information:

To respond to your inquiries
To send newsletters and updates about our programs (you can opt out at any time)
To share relevant information about retreats and wellness activities
To improve our services and user experience

Your data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. By providing your information, you consent to receive occasional communications from us. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

Reservations and payments

Individual customers can apply for retreats and workshops on line through booking form, email or telephone reservations. Unless stated otherwise, during the application process for multiday retreats customer pays 30% of the total price while the balance of 70% has to be paid 30 days before the foreseen retreat date at the latest.

Notes:

The percentage of the total price and deadline might be different if specified in the retreat description.
Special payment conditions apply for retreat leaders that hire the Agency to organize the retreat for their clients.

Price

The price of each retreat or workshop is listed on this website and includes everything that is being stated in the retreat/workshop description on this website.

Cancellation by the Agency

The Agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation or services due to:

Insufficient number of registered travelers (at least 30 days before departure)
Irregularities related to third-party service provision
Force majeure (war, natural disasters, epidemics, security reasons)

In case of cancellation by the Agency, the Traveler is entitled to:

Refund of all paid funds within 14 days
Alternative reservation or service of equal or higher quality, if possible\

The Agency is not responsible for additional costs incurred by the Traveler (e.g., visa issuance, travel insurance) caused by the cancellation.

Cancellation by the Traveler

Unless stated otherwise in the retreat/workshop description on this website, this is the general cancellation policy:

Should the traveler opt out of a multiday journey, the Agency will apply the following scale to calculate the costs of cancellation:

• up to 30 days prior to departure the Agency will retain 30% of the package price, or minimum 20 Euro
• from 29 to 0 days prior to departure the Agency will retain 100% of the package price

Please have in mind that we deduct bank fees from the total refund amount.

Special cancellation conditions

For certain reservations or services (e.g., package arrangements, travel to special destinations, promotional offers, last-minute bookings), stricter cancellation terms may apply. The Traveler will be timely informed about this during the booking process.

Client/guest insurance

All guests are insured from personal injuries that may occur during local transfers or during the time when he/she participates in organized open air activities.
