Plan 1

Legal & Payments

For yoga teachers & retreat leaders

You have already organized the venue, the chef and the programme, and you set your own price. You just need a licensed agency to handle the legal framework and collect payments compliantly — so you and your participants are protected, and the money flows cleanly. We simply take 10% of what flows through our account (minimum €800). The price is yours to decide.

Remote Planning

For yoga teachers & retreat leaders

You bring your programme and your students. We find the venue, hire the chef or organise meals, book transfers and excursions, negotiate every contract, and coordinate all suppliers — from the first call to the day your participants arrive. You get updates, not tasks.

Everything is handled for you. Together, we agree one clear price per participant for the retreat — so you know exactly what each student pays and what it covers. On top of that, you set your own teaching fee per person: it's entirely your decision how much to charge, and every euro of it is yours.

Organizing a retreat — frequently asked questions

What does "organizer of record" mean and why does it matter?

Selling packaged travel — accommodation plus activities — requires a licensed travel organizer under EU package-travel rules. As a registered Croatian agency, we carry that legal role, including financial responsibility and participant guarantees, so you can sell your retreat without becoming an unlicensed tour operator.

How much does it cost to organize a retreat in Croatia?

Our plans start at 10% of retreat payments (minimum €800) for legal and payment handling. With Remote Planning we also find the venue, arrange meals, transfers and activities, and agree the retreat price with you — it covers everything included, with our planning fee (roughly 10% per person, based on a minimum group size) built in. You then set your own teaching fee per person and keep all of it. Full-Service with an on-site host is a custom proposal. See the sample above for real numbers.

Do you only organize retreats in Croatia?

Croatia is home and our deepest network, but we organize retreats worldwide — recent and upcoming retreats include Spain, Hungary, Lithuania and Thailand.

Do you organize non-yoga retreats?

Yes. We organize wellness, pilates, fitness, food-focused, corporate and private group retreats. The same venues, chefs and logistics — whatever the programme.

How far in advance should I start planning?

9–12 months ahead is ideal for the best venues at the best prices, especially for May–October dates in Croatia. Shorter timelines are possible — ask.

Can I switch between plans from one retreat to the next?

Yes. Many teachers start with Legal & Payments for a retreat they have already organized, then move to Remote Planning or Full-Service once they see how much time and stress it frees up.
