Who we are

Green Yogi Traveler is the brand of Eko Explorations d.o.o., a licensed Croatian travel agency based in Zagreb, Croatia (VAT 17409590612). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at info@greenyogitraveler.com.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiries and organise your retreat:

Your name and contact details (email, phone)
Booking and participation details (such as dietary needs and room preference)
Information you share in enquiries or messages to us
Your email address if you sign up for our newsletter

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiries
To organise, book and deliver your retreat
To process payments and meet our legal and accounting obligations
To send you our newsletter and updates, where you have asked us to

Legal basis

We process your data to perform our booking agreement with you, on the basis of your consent (for example, when you sign up to our newsletter through a form), on the basis of our existing customer relationship with you (for example, sending retreat news to travelers who have booked with us or teachers who have organised a retreat with us), and for our legitimate interest in running the agency. You can withdraw consent, or opt out of customer newsletters, at any time.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. To deliver your retreat, we share only the details necessary with the partners providing your trip — such as accommodation, transport and on-site services. We also rely on trusted providers (for example, our email platform) who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions.

If you sign up to our newsletter through a form on our website or in our app, this is opt-in — you choose to join.

If you book a retreat as a traveler, or organise a retreat with us as a yoga teacher, we automatically add you to our newsletter so we can keep you updated on similar retreats and offers. This is allowed under data protection law for our own customers, without a separate sign-up, and we always give you an easy way to say no at the time of booking.

How long we keep your data
