A licensed Croatian travel agency built on a simple belief — that retreat travel should be joyful, mindful and leave the world a little better than you found it.

Our Story

Started back in 2016

Green Yogi Traveler grew out of a friendship and a shared love for yoga, travel, Croatia & the Adriatic coast.

In 2016, Gorana and Kristina combined their skills — travel agency expertise, yoga teaching, art and photography — into something neither could build alone: a retreat company that handles every logistical detail, so teachers can teach and participants can fully arrive.

Today, Green Yogi Traveler operates as Eko Explorations d.o.o., a licensed Croatian travel agency. We organise retreats across Croatia, Europe and beyond — for retreat leaders who want a professional partner, and for individuals looking for a genuinely well-crafted week away.

You'll often hear us say Croatia is the most beautiful country in the world — but we love to explore, see new places and meet new people, so we run trips all around the world.

The Team

Gorana & Kristina

We're two friends, happiest barefoot on a beach with a coconut in hand, and we built Green Yogi Traveler to share that feeling with everyone who joins us.

Gorana Bajčetić

Co-founder · Travel Agency Director & Yoga Teacher

Gorana is a travel agency director and 300-hour certified yoga teacher who runs Green Yogi Traveler's retreats and adventure trips across Croatia and beyond.

Kristina Lenard

Co-founder · Creative Director & Yoga Teacher

Kristina is a certified 500-hour yoga teacher, yoga therapist, artist and photographer.

Legally covered

As a licensed Croatian travel agency and organizer of record, we carry the legal responsibility. Teachers and participants are protected by contract and by Croatian travel law.

Local, measured, responsible

We support local economies — family-run venues, local chefs, regional suppliers. And we measure the carbon footprint of the retreats we run, and compensate by supporting reforestation projects.
