About this retreat
In March 2026, Hanan and Heather brought their group to Southern Vietnam for a week of yoga, warmth and discovery. Mornings began on the mat; days unfolded through lush landscapes, lantern-lit towns and unhurried local meals; and evenings drew the group together to rest and reflect. The film above captures a little of the week.
