A restored 13th-century organic farm in Tuscany
Ebbio is a 13th-century farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside near Monteriggioni, in the province of Siena. It was found abandoned and in ruin in 1989 and has since been restored; it is now run by Sibilla, whose mother Nirdosh founded Ebbio.
The estate is a certified organic farm growing olives, fruit, vegetables and herbs, with an organic garden, lavender fields and an olive grove around the house. The walled town of Monteriggioni is 1.8 km away on foot, and Florence is 45 km away.

Organic produce from the farm
Ebbio's certified organic farmland grows fruit, vegetables and herbs, and its pantry draws on seasonal produce, grains, legumes, seeds, eggs and cheeses.
You can arrange a set number of meals in advance, tailored to your group — breakfast, lunch and dinner, brunch and dinner, or any other combination you prefer. We can bring in a private chef to cook at the farmhouse, book meals in local restaurants, or combine the two. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and allergy requirements are all normal requests for us.
