A ready-made home for your retreat
Villa Gumonca is a waterfront villa in the village of Mirca on Brač Island — six bedrooms sleeping 12, a heated infinity pool, a covered terrace over the Adriatic, and a private chef on request. It's the kind of place a group can simply move into and feel instantly at home.

Bedrooms
The villa offers 6 bedrooms, sleeping 12 — five en-suite, one with its own private bathroom just outside the room. Five of the six can be set up as either a double or a twin, so you can allocate your group as it suits you.
Yoga space
Yoga is practiced on the shaded terrace overlooking the sea. In case of bad weather, which is rare from May to October, practice takes place in the big living room.
Interior
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen for everyday use plus a separate professional kitchen for the private chef, an open-plan living and dining area, and a cozy fireplace lounge for cooler evenings.
Brač Island
Brač is the largest island of central Dalmatia — a place of ancient olive groves, white-stone villages, pine-scented coves and some of the clearest water in the Adriatic. It rises to Vidova Gora, the highest peak of any Adriatic island, and curves down to Zlatni Rat, the famous golden pebble spit near Bol. Family wineries, centuries-old olive trees and a long stonemasonry tradition give the island a slow, grounded feel — the perfect backdrop for a week of yoga and rest.
Hike to Blaca Monastery
A scenic hike through pine forest and limestone terrain to a dramatic 16th-century cliffside monastery — one of Brač's most striking landmarks.
Zlatni Rat beach
A trip to the iconic Golden Horn beach near Bol — one of Croatia's most photographed spots, with crystal-clear water and a pebble spit that shifts shape with the currents.
Hvar Island boat trip
A boat trip across to Hvar — one of Croatia's most beloved islands — for an afternoon exploring its old town, lavender-scented hills and the sparkling Adriatic.
Meals with a private chef
Meals are prepared each day by a private chef using fresh local ingredients. We can prepare all types of meals — most groups choose vegetarian, but we're equally happy to cook mixed menus or fully vegan, whatever suits your group.
We usually serve brunch and dinner, but the pattern is flexible — breakfast, lunch and dinner, or any combination you prefer, can be arranged. We're glad to cater to different dietary requirements with a little notice in advance. Fresh fruit juices, tea and coffee are available throughout the day.
A note on gluten: we can prepare generally gluten-free meals, but the kitchen isn't a dedicated gluten-free environment and cross-contamination is possible — so we can't guarantee a strictly gluten-free menu.
